Teen Art Contest
All Locations: March 1- March 19 Are you artistic? Enter the Teen Art Contest! All types of media are accepted, including, but not limited to, paintings, drawings, sculpture, jewelry and graphic design. Prizes will be awarded to the Best of Show winner and winners in four art categories. Winners will be announced at the Teen Art Show on March 25, 2010. Pick up an entry form at any Orange County Library System location or print one online. Deadline for entries is March 19, 2010. Ages 13-18.

How to Survive a Robot Revolt
Orlando Public Library Club Central Wednesday, March 10, 3:30 p.m. Any machine can rebel from a toaster to a refrigerator. Teens, are you ready for a robot revolt? If you're worried about your microwave nuking more than just your burrito, come to this program and arm yourself with tips and tricks to help you survive a robot uprising. Ages 13-18.

A.R.T.: Modern Dance Orlando Public Library Library Central Delve into modern dance with Genevieve Bernard, Artistic Director of Voci Dance. Learn how choreographers, dancers, composers, and costume designers work together to challenge their audiences to interpret what they are experiencing. Teens 13 to 18 can participate in this interactive workshop.

Enjoy these masterpieces while listening to music from a talented teen musician and sharing conversation with other art enthusiasts. Awards will be presented to the Teen Art Contest Winners.
